WotLK Stuck in "Battle for Undercity" quest, now unable to us Orgrimar or Undercity

Stuck in Battle for Undercity quest line. Turned in the initial quest to thrall, Jaina comes, took the portal to Undercity, but both Thrall and Sylvanas are frozen. After abandoning the quest, using unstuck, reloading, logging in and out, teleporting out and in I have been unable to get the quest to work or escape the zoning effect of the quest. Now both Orgrimar and Undercity are bugged for me and are unusable.

At this point I do not care to complete the quest, is there any way to restore access to these cities on that character?
