So basically , someone hacked our friend who has GM rank in our guild and he kicked everyone from it and stole the guild "KappaXD" , with a character named "Chlorchlor"

Make a new guild, tell the members to use 2FA.
And your guild lead should contact staff.

No there is praticaly nothing. Contacting staff wont help. If you do try to contact them, process will take weeks or months and in the end they will just say to be safer with you account details and they cant do anything with case.
my suggestion is to eat this up and start over with guild, make sure all officiers and gm ( or any1 else with gbank ) use maximum protection for account and hope that wont happen anymore
