Realms Blackrock shop - missing item

hey, there is an item that u cant buy on blackrock vendors but u can on the coin shop.
is it possible to add it in game like most of the items? its just a casual item and there is no reason that it wont be on the vendors

the item is "Baltharus' Gift" and it has a 258 item level version and a 271 item level version (both are missing in game)

is this the right place to post it? if not please redirect me to the right place

The item had been added and most likely disappeared in some update. Our bad.

It will be re-added soon.

The item was likely added when first noticed manually (by directly adding it by using game commands) rather than through a query which it resulted in it vanishing later down the road. Not the regular practice, just an oversight.

The issue is technically not a bug, but definitely a problem. We will be taking care of it, alongside any other oversights in the vendor. If there's any other items you noticed, please PM me here on the forums.

its item id was incorretly added.
That is why we were missing 54557 item but we had x2 of this 54567.
