Guild Unstable is fresh new guild on this server looking for dedicated players to start raiding heroic end game content. Build from core players that farmed heroics on multiple other servers, we have decided that its time to begin the jorney again here on warmane. Our aim is to became one of the top guilds on the server building friendly, and enjoyable raid and social environment.

Loot Distribution Rules:
We are using EP/GP sytem.

EP - Effort Points.
Players get + EP for doing good in raids and killing bosses.
Players get - EP for fails or missing knowledge of basic tactics.

GP - Gear Points.
Players get +GP for getting items from guild runs.
GP value varies on the type of item, if its rolled as main spec or off spec.

PR- Priority Points.
Your priority points are calculated with the following formula: current EP divided by your current GP. This priority points decide who will get the item. Simple put you wanna have as much as possible EP and as little as possible GP.

Another point that i'd like to make is that: people that are online but weren't able to get a spot inside the guild raid, WILL be getting standby EP.
The value of EP standby is 50% of the amount that a player in the raid would get. Every week after raids are reseted, all of the ep and gp values are reduced by 7% to everyone. This is the main reason that this system is better than DKP, it encorages ppl to be active and the more raids you miss your prio will get reduced, if you are part of the guild and you are active everytime you will get any piece of gear!

Guild Communication Tool:
Discord - This is mandatory to download and have in raids, for each self respecting raiding guild there must be a communication tool where raid leader's / officers will help for the guild coordination.

Guild Applications:
You can get invited to the guild with guild application from our website, if you don't like this method you can wishper on some of our officers / gm ingame for a review over discord, you need to have some time and be patient for our decision.
