    Premium donation rank

    My donation rank is Regular but I am pretty sure it was Premium. I still skip queue but I can't trade on warmane trading system now. Do you have any idea why it changed? Is it time-limited now? Because it's several months since I donated last time.

    Donation rank does not change over time. If you are sure it's the right account, you can send an email to [email protected] and they should be able to fix it.
