My account banned for Account trading. Sure it is my bad that, I never read our Rules and I didnt know what is acceptable and what isn't. At this point, I just want to know, what is my ban duration? Maybe it is permanent or maybe 3-5 days. Can i know?
P.S: I am sorry if I wrote this in wrong Section, but I am a bit amateur in such things and don`t know where and how to contact with Staff Team members.

Account trading usually results in a permanent ban. If your ban had a duration, you would see it when you log on website.
You can try making a ban appeal using support system on website here.

I cant create ban appeal which I dont know why. it always says "Your ticket ban explanation contains illegal characters, try again.". Which as I see there is no illegal characters in it
