Realms Enable Points In Lordaeron High Costs

I would like change to the server:

Enable Points In Lordaeron Example:
Character rename costs 50 Points - Lordaeron.
Race change costs 100 Points - Lordaeron.
Faction change costs 150 Points - Lordaeron.

because many are from countries where you can't donate.

yeah i have money but cant donate and everything is complicated pls that would be nice... on icecrown realm character rename-10point race- 20 and faction change -30 i support this for lordaeron players.! peace!
