WotLK How do I get to the character restoration section of warmane?

I put in a ticket recently to get a character that, after I recently reinstalled, disappeared and I was told to go to the character restoration section. How do I get there?

https://www.warmane.com/account > services > Select realm > currency Coins/Points > Character restoration

Then you will be able to see your characters deleted in the past 30 days
