2. Send an email to [email protected] for support

1. Edite su publicación y elimine la información de la cuenta, no es seguro.
2. Envíe un correo electrónico a [email protected] para obtener asistencia (en inglés)

Hello all i have a problem, my account has been banned

I can't log in because I was reported "ninja" 2 times in total, the first one I only had to wait about 3 days, but now it's almost a week and I can't enter.


How it should work: I think it should be at the same time as the last time.

It is not bug. You got banned for taking items you had no right for. And after first ban (5 days), second ban and third are longer (10 and 15 days).
Nobody cares what you think about it. Just stop rolling "need" on everything
