WotLK Really low fps

Hi guys,

I have no idea, but all of the sudden the game runs like crap on my system. Sometimes i have well over 100 fps and other times i struggle to even get 30.
I have tried reinstalling windows, and different Nvidia drivers and some other tweaks to the game - nothing worked, not even reinstalling wrath.

My system is

Windows 10
GTX 970
8GB DDR3
i5 - 4400 3.2 ghz
runs on 120gb SSD

make sure gpu and ram are seated correctly

clean dirty pc

get rid of windows 10

i have pretty much the same specs and never lagged much. another 2x4gb kit should be 30 bucks on ebay.

the pc works the way it should, it's an issue in wrath. it has worked fine before in windows 10, it's just weird that it stopped?

Game is really poorly optimized and that's 70% to blame. Other 30% might be addons, current players online/in that area or just the alignment of the stars, you never know with 3.3.5.
Try killing any background tasks and check addons memory usage, some get quite greedy.
