There are a forum line named "ask the staff", but no one answer!
You allow cheating for 1000s of gold in game, but if a man need a 35g ring he is out for 5 days!
I have donated 500 euro, but the cheating players are the once you help!
When asking for help, there are nothing you can do!
I hope your mulitboxers pay for all your expencies, because all other are surly not important for you and wouldnt keep paying you for no help at all.
But thanks for some fun playing, and for the future play for free = Important player

Ask the Staff section isn't the place to report players. You need to open a ticket in game like explained in details here:

That section is for reaching Community managers (who are not GMs) to get answers about in-game events or doubts.

Im new on this server, but... the amount of ninja looters is too damn high too... doesnt make fun anymore... Mages roll on spirit Items, DK on Agility items etc...

This isn't cataclysm where DK's, warrs, paladins only use plate str gear. This is wotlk, where agility is good for any melee.
Fire mages uses spirit at lower item levels to boost their DPS. Spirit = Crit = Less RNG = More DPS. Fire mages rely on crit a lot.

Fire mages got talents that literally boost SP off spirit.
Melee dps got a handful of Leather items as BIS.
