But getting one isn't as easy. It's one of those that gets ninjad or there's 6 dps rolling heal just for that one item.

I rolled 1st out of 14 ppl and won and got ninjaed.

On the bright side: It drops 2x sometimes even 3x

On the reality side: I farm it every week for 2 years now :)

Unless you guild run it with reservation for you, I am sorry, but better use that luck in lottery instead of rolls ^.^
