WotLK 60 twink

Whats up guys, i just want to know if there is any way to make a 60 DK twink on icecrown? Im currenlty 60 but cant leave the starting zone before completing the quest chain. Unfortunately that means im going to be around 62 when i leave and only then can i cap my exp. Does anyone know of a way i can cap my exp at 60 as a DK, or leave the starting zone so i can go to oggri to do it. Any help is appreciated :D

Try lock portal/meeting stone. But leave your HS in starting zone.

Ive tried meeting stone, but it doesnt work.. havent tried warlock portal doe. Thanks
