Guild Master got lost by faction change

On my main "Aktivxtv" I was guild leader and founder of "Helltrain". Once I swapped to Horde from Alliance my Guild Master rank got lost to a member who is offline for already 7 months called "Jgsd".

I made two tickets and they told me to adress this post to: GM Aldtharios
