Is it normal for bosses to drop Wand x3?

Isn't the loot table supposed to be without dupplications?


At the same time Marks never drop x3, nor do DBW or Scales!

Also As a high rate server, why is the loot only 3 items and not 4 or 5?

Drop rate is x1.
I have seen 3 STS drop.
Quarter bosses drop 1 item, 1 heroic mark and 2 normal marks. So it is impossible to get DBW multiples. But you can get same type multiple Normal marks.
Exception is LK, it drops 2 items, 1 heroic mark, 2 normal marks and mount. I have seen LK drop item doubles dozens of times.
Rest of the bosses drop 3 items, so they can be 3 times same item.
