A player griefed the dungeon party by pulling mobs and leaving.

GM response was to /ignore.

Question:

Is griefing ok? Would I just be able to kill all my dungeon party by doing the same thing without repercussions?

It's not against the rules. But you would most likely have to find a new group afterwards if you actually wanted to do the dungeon since others in the group might want to kick you.
