    Best hypothetical build/item for pvp/pve with 23 Coins

    Hello,

    what would be, hypothetical, the best item to buy when you only have 23 coins and are not planning to do any raiding?
    Mainly pvp (Arena, Bgs) and some pve (Heroics, Randoms).

    What builds would be most fiting for that situation for arena and pve, where both benefit from that one item...
    A dagger? A sword?

    Open for suggestions :)

    STS (Ruby 25hc trinket).

    Why? Best in slot for all pvp specs + best in slot for all pve specs. The only time you're gonna unequip this trinket is against certain match-ups in a 1v1 tournament.
