[ANSWERED]Banned for cheating

I was banned on Friday for cheating. The info in my account only says that i have been suspended for cheating for a week but no proof of the cheating, what cause the ban, I'm sure I didn't cheat, so it has to be a mistake, that day i was playing 2 games at the same time, WOW and World of Warships, and was working on a client computer via Teamviewer. i already lost my cores of the weekend, nothing to do with that, but if i dont know what trigerred it is sure to happen again.
