Ingame graphic clipping

Just started happening recently, just curious if this has been happening to anyone else, sorry i dont have any videos to help with understanding.

Basically when my character is moving, anything that is in the distance will have graphical clipping like its not not noticeable haha.

Also, when zoomed all the way out on my orc, for whatever reason my helmet is clipped and i see her bald *** head.

Any help is appreciated. I am using old WOTLK Models, i got on my WOD Model client and none of this occurs, but my WOD Model client for whatever reason resets everytime i log out of the client, my graphics, video settings, everything. It is as if its a brand lew log in, the opening cinemantic plays and the TOS Agreements pop up. Every time i start the client, that happens.

About not saving settings: "Run as administrator", if it will work set "run as admin" in shortcut settings.
About clipping, sounds like video driver error, try to reinstall it and update directx.
