I'm about to buy my first character via Warmane trade but I'm worried about a few things. Firstly are there any contingencies in place for potential scammers that could claim that, once the character has sold, their account was hacked or the sale was not intended?

Secondly, if the character in question has been bought from an account that has been suspected of being traded or botting/hacking or any other offense, will there be any penalty for the buyer?
