falsely banned

today i tryed to loggin to the game and got notified that i have been banned from the game for advertising , personaly i have never done that and i would like to know whats happening and perhaps have my account back .i have had this account since the molten wow time and have many hours /played on this account and personaly i dont know what to do now pls help
