Forum Help with retrieving an old account

Guys ,

I need your help. Am back on this server after year and a half and i tried to log in on my acc: zafir94 and i couldnt log in cause i cant rly remember my password. The big problem is that i cant even remember my e-mail so i cant verify the e-mail code.. I just remember my characters , and maybe as a verification can be used the ip am using on the same PC or smth. So now i have tried all password i remember but still cant login.. Maybe i need to reactive my acc but cant do without e-mail. Do u know what steps should i consider doing and resolve this problem cause i rly want to play my rouge again..
