Forum My card was charged and I got no coins

Hello,
I have just purchased some coins on the website and apparently my card is chagrged but i still have 0 coins. It never said the transaction is complete. The first time it said it is not and then some kind of a loading process started which i later closed. I just want to contact any of the staff members to get a refund on the coins that i never received. Please someone explain what can i do in that situation.

Update:I got my money back but it still says processing in my bank app. So i got 2 times added amount and then 2 times deducted which made it back to what i had before donating. I hope that it is the end of the story and there will be no problems after the processing.
