[ANSWERED]Will I be dead forever?

Last night I was playing when, at a certain point the game got stuck, I tried to open it again, it told me I was dead, I clicked "Release spirit", it teleported me to a cemetery where I couldn't see my spirit and I can't move , I tried to get into a dungeon but he told me that I can't teleport because I'm dead, now I can't move or talk to the "Spirit healer" to ask him to come back to life.
Please help me!!!!!!
