Character from before 2015

Hello,

Can anyone understand how this character can have achievements from before 2015? The server was started on 1st of february 2015 as I was here that day. How can this character have achievements dating back to 2013?

Fairly certain it's some bug because I see a 2013 one and characters were lost in 2015. There used to be a bug with mercenary mode where you'd get new achievement dates after getting switched over for some achievements, may have happened to him while changing faction or some other odd case.
