Transmog question

1)Correct me if im wrong, you can mail an heirloom item that is enchanted?
2)How about the option of transmogging an heirloom weapon and then mailing it to my lets say 19 twink is that possible?

not possible, the transmog disappear when u send it via mail, and u will get your base item (ofc the enchant will stay)
