Technical Perma ban - suspicious activity

Can an admin please check why I have been perma banned. It says that it's because of suspicious activity (more IP adresses logged into the account apparently). I've changed my PC some months ago, so that might be it. I've tried to write a ticket but it wouldn't let me because I'm banned, which is very annoying and odd.

I've played since 2012 when molten-wow was still a thing and even the transition with arena-wow and molten into warmane, and I've never had any suspicious activity on my account. Can this please be settled?
