I am waiting like forever, I don't think that's how the servers should work.. I'm sorry 20+k active ppl and 3 days no respond? There is not a single way which you can contact the staff. They are hiding somewhere.
Do you think you're the only one who's trying to contact staff?
People are opening up tickets because they disenchanted an item by mistake, god knows how many tickets are open right now, sit and wait.
3 days is not forever. the staff team is small, grow some patience or piss off.
