Technical Dual monitor problem

Greetings guys! Recently I've gotten myself a second monitor, and I've been wondering how can I boot wow in fullscreen windowed on my second monitor instead of primary one? Thanks!

You can either set the second monitor as the primary one or I think dragging wotlk in windowed mode over to the second monitor then putitng it in fullscreen works as well or try holding win+shift and left/right arrow key to move the application to the other monitor.
