    Donation failed but money were withdrawn from my account

    Hi there!

    I've been trying to donate 10E via MasterCard but I always get an error message at the end and no coins.
    I just checked my bank account and it seems like 30E were taken from there. I am hoping to get a refund for this as I did not even receive the coins and I did not intend to spend 30E.

    If it said that the transaction was not successful, the money should be automatically returned to you in a few days.
