account closing

Good night first, the reason for the message in this forum is to ask why my player account was closed, with the message that I was advertising from an IP address that is not mine since I live in the USA. UU. ( 99.203.121.249) that address is from the caribbean (148.0.254.168).

please ask me to be treated reasonably and I have been an exemplary player who has never wanted to do anything wrong, I await your response as soon as possible since I am a casual player and that is my only fun since I have a lot of time with you since they were molten.

did you send a ticket on the website, or an email? I doubt the forum moderators are going to be like "oh that's all nice and good then, we'll restore his account"...

also remove the IPs from your post...

and lastly... if you had a weak password it may've been cracked and someone else logged in on your account, to do the advertising thing to get it banned... I hope that's not the case but it sounds like it might be
