    IP Adress BAN

    i had high ping for no reason while playing wow (+4k ping literally unplayable) and turned out because my Country (Algeria) is trying to block some porn sites so i decided to use a VPN so i can raid with my guild, i used a german ip adress that turns out to be banned for advertising (89.249.65.27), and i couldn't log to wow when i was using it but now i can log to my account on wow normally when not using this ip adress, but in the website this message keeps poping out "Your IP Address (89.249.65.27) has been terminated due to Advertising" and i can't access services even tho i'am not using VPN anymore.
    can't use support option as well
    Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
    The reason for the ban is Advertising.
    Help please.
