WotLK Why is my HP so low compared to other rogues?

Hey guys and gals,

so I noticed that other rogues who reach lvl 80 often have an HP between 23K and 28K. I on the other hand only have 18K and absolutely cannot compete in PVP with other 80s that way. Here is a list of my gear:

Weapons:
Havoc's Call
Scourgeborne Waraxe
High Warlord's Street Sweeper

Armor:
Ryft's Deathgaze
Wodin's Lucky Necklace
Sanctified Shadowblade Pauldrons
Ikfirus's Sack of Wonder
Bracers of Swift Death
Awakened Handguards
Chain Gang Legguards
Footpads of Impending Death

My pve rogue has around 25k health but full pvp will have around 29k, so that's why they have so much.
