With regards to "Disrupting Gameplay- Refusing to play RDF"

If a player joins a "Half-done RDF" and he doesnt want to join because some bosses were killed and request for a kick.

In this circumstance, with reasonable reason, does this still count as Disrupting Gameplay?

if you don't want to play then leave and take the debuff. doesn't matter if all bosses are left or only the last one.

There is also another issue with the dungeon "The Violet hold". When the dungeon is in-progress, the door is shut and does not allow new players to join.

So players have to either wait for them to finish or a wipe. In this case, the player cant even join the dungeon group. How is this considered to be refusing RDF?

This would be disrupting gameplay, because you're still refusing to play the dungeon.

There is also another issue with the dungeon "The Violet hold". When the dungeon is in-progress, the door is shut and does not allow new players to join.

If you thouroughly explain to them that you can't enter - that the npc is bugged (if they don't know it already), nobody will report you. Flail this bugtracker report around: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/13903 and you'll be fine. Even if you do get banned, appealing it will probably work.

Also it would be nice if you waited them to finish the dungeon instead of begging for a kick. You would come out as eager to do the dungeon while being unable to do so.

And about VH dungeon, everybody knows it's bugged so nobody will report you, even if they do, GMs check the tickets, it's not an automated ban, they'll see you sitting in front of the gate waiting.

But NPC teleports you inside, when spoken. That is how it worked on retail. So what? It just bugged and not implemented yet here. Ppl know this. Yesterday my spouse got this situation and party just said: "Sit and get free badges =)."
