Looking for co-founder/s for Horde NA guild

I would not like to be the guild leader, but would like to start an English speaking guild for Horde side.
Active/casual players
open minded players
currently still leveling preferred as I am new to the server.
focused on 10-man core progression for starting raids.
Not very focused on tearing through leveling or pushing content
very quickly. I, myself have exp up to ICC. but have not played recently.
players that are like minded with enjoying leveling and what comes along preferred
