Is feral prowl + max feral instinct + enchant cloak - stealth still subpar to human rogue with their 5 points in increase stealth talent?


Any other stealth enchants except for cloak?

The key here is how you phrased this question.

Technically, a Nelf would have slightly higher stealth from having the elusiveness racial bonus. That said, assuming both classes have the same amount of perks to their stealth level, their stealth levels will be identical.

THAT SAID
If the question you're asking here is

"Can I be on an even playing field against rogue stealth as a stealthed feral?"

Then the answer is NO. Rogues have a much higher STEALTH DETECTION than ferals can hope to obtain. A stealthed cat facing a stealthed rogue will always be seen by the rogue first (assuming the rogue took heightened senses)
