I've got an issue

Hi there people i've donated 20coins into a charecter level up but in the donating process i've saw that there are items that will be given to me when i donate.
So i did do donated and the char is level 80 allready but there are no items send via mail or in my inventory. What can we do?

It looks to me that items in the mail that are sent using the website aren't arriving at all.

Well thats not good at all im 80lvl completely naked i cant even kill a mob to loot greens

There's some issues with mail system due to the new year gift. every mail from website will be late for few hours. just wait until then.

It took some 6-7 hrs for my stuff to arrive, just chill for today.
