Got 50 Coins and around 170 frosts.

Start working on your T10 pieces to get your 2 and 4 set bonuses. Coin wise, you can consider trinkets Sharpened Twilight Scale (heroic) and Tiny Abomination in a Jar (heroic) for a start, as you'll be using that forever. I'm assuming you're PVEing, as you're fully PVE gear. Cheers.

As tier pieces: head & chest

I'd recommend working on 4 set T10 first - helm, chest, shoulders, legs (in that order). 2 set alone is a very big damage boost.

As for coins,
Tiny abom is a very significant damage boost for pala but if you can run icc, you can get it easily on normal as not many classes need the trinket. Otherwise feel free to coin it.
Get DV HC. It will be better than STS at your gear and is still very good at bis.
