WotLK Does Affliction buff Spriest?

Does affliction lock boost shadow priest damage since the talent tree for Shadow Embrace and Haunt claims it will boost the lock's shadow DoT but on the target it just reads as a debuff that seem to apply to everyone. Also I played Burning Crusade and it did boost shadow priest with Shadow Embrace but am unsure if this is changed in WotLK.

As the Haunt ability states, "increasing all damage done by your Shadow damage-over-time effects". It does not amplify any other classes with Shadow Damage-over-time effects such as Unholy DK's or Shadow Priests.
