Items from shop lost

There may be any sub thread about this issue, but im posting first time and am little bit unfamiliar with the forum system.

I haven't played on the server for a long time and just got back into it recently.

As i see on the purchase history with points, i had some gear bought for my warrior toon that aren't in my bag or gear slots.

Was there any kind of reset that could erase my items?

What you’re describing is weird. I’ve seen non-premium acc characters disappear due to inactivity, but not only items. They can be easily deleted by users themselves (you or whoever played on your account) and I doubt there’s much you could do.
