Problem when i login to the game

i have problem when i log to the game or i move to another map evry time start opens window please enther the pasword for cbrz123213213, when i cancel this open next window with the same text, but another number what is this

Disable addons and see if that fixes it. If it's an addon's fault just enable them one by one and see which one is causing it.

It's the addon carbonite causing that issue, it can be disabled in the options but I am not entirely sure where
