Recipe for primal might

I have tried now for more than a month to buy the recipe at the vendors, but no luck. It's available in AH but for an amount that my char can't afford. And how is it possible for one person to have 4 of these recipes on auction??? Is there a other way that I can hold of one. Please help. Thank you

He buys it when it's on the vendor and then goes to buy it every time it respawns at the vendor. It is allowed and not bannable.

Your best bet is camping it aswell and maybe buying it before he does.
