I have Phylatestry hc and solace hc, which is better for shadow in bgs?

With solace I can spamm more spells without going in disp or drink but I guess its less dmg. So? But Im rarelly that much alive to spend all mana lol.

Honestly? Just don't use pvp gear in general. Your mana will be better, and if you stay with/behind a group, you'll die just as often, if not less.
