WotLK Holy paladin 2v2 assistance needed

Good day

I need some help with my holy paladin i have good idea of the game but need some one's assistance with some tricks and stuff in arena
i have 1.5k rating seems i cant get to 1.6 all my partner's say i do the wrong stuff wrong time.At this moment i have no idea how to go forward and improving my skill watched videos, read a lot of stuff .still i seems to mess up like they call it and i have no idea where the problem i play paladin over years now and do very good in battle grounds but in 2v2 not so good
Can any one assist me with this ?
