Is possible to have achievement earned in 2013

Hello , like title says.Is it possible to have achievement earned in 2013?As far i know in 2015 was the moltdown and everything was wiped.i saw 2 players on Icecrown with achievements earned before 2015 , one of them with achivs earned in 2013.How is it possible?

it was in bg? in that case it might be blackrock players (blackrock = old AT Wotlk)

In case they were Icecrown players then it is because of transfers from "old AT Cata realm" to "Icecrown realm".
This was the process:
old AT Cata > Warsong realm* > Neltharion realm* > Icecrown realm.

*because realm have been closed

From what I recall they gave back arena titles to previous winners before moltdown
