WotLK Reputation faction issue after Faction Change

Hi there,
I just bought a hero via Trade section on Lordaeron. Xferred to Alliance from horde for 30 coins. And now i can't access Knights of the Ebon Blade.

- territory is full of hostile enemines.
- exalted
- no quest chain starting quest from the flying ship thingy.

has anyone else encountered such issues previously?

Yes, it happens when you change factions, just open up a ticket ingame and GM will give you a quest that will bring back the vendors.
Happened to every char I transfered, I don't feel like opening up tickets for each and every one of them so I just mail them now.
