Latency issue

hello gents, i have this probleme since 2 weeks my latency go over 2000 ms when im in raids. when im out of raids it decrase to 60 and get stable
in all other game my latency is stable arround 60 ms
is there any think i can do to fix it plz.

I got the same problem just when in raids around 8k and out of raids around 700 ... but the same time range, started 2 weeks ago.. unplayable kinda sad becouse warmane was the only fun pr server...
