WotLK What to buy w/ Emblem of Triumph

I'm new to the game so i was wondering what to buy with the Emblem of Triumph to increase my GS and to do more DPS on Raid,

Usually you get 4/5 T9 set first(160-180 EoT). Then some trinket with Hit rating to keep it capped while you get and swap pieces.
There are some "higher GS" items for EoT, but don't fall for that, set bonus will give you more damage.

After that you can trade down emblems to get some stuff like wrist and trinket(emblem of valor, heroism) if you miss those parts

I know this is an older post, but the EoT ring is actually quite good for a hunter. Would be a good use of triumphs and gives you a 245 piece to compliment rep ring
