Well, seeing that a massive number of threads in Support & Q/A are about old account or retrieving an inaccessible account and in a lot of those people leave their emails and usernames available.
On a public forum, which uses http, not even https so not just that it's available for crawlers and bots, it flew across the world.
So, the suggestion is to censor emails just like you censor **** and ****. Leave an exception for @warmane emails and maybe even @paymentwall but I don't think anyone ever linked their email.
Downside is that it could censor someone's typo or if you forget a space like "i was [email protected] my dps dropped a lot" but it seems like a nice tradeoff for those that don't care about their security.
It would be nice if we could somehow prevent them from posting account names, but that's just impossible since I BET that there's an account with username warrior, and other common words.
