Massive issues with lag/disconnecting

So basically this is literally the only wow server where i'm getting lagged/disconnected whether it's Lordareon or IceCrown or ally or horde. My ping spikes to 2k/4k/6k/even 12k, and then i get disconnected. And apparently i'm the only one with this issue. I'm using the wow client from the website, and yeh this is the only wow server doing me like this. It doesn't matter which zone i'm in , once i'm in ,it works 2-3 seconds and then bam utra lag/disconnect.
Fyi it's the only game actually acting like this, tried multiple other games and my ping is normal 33. I play from the UK
